A look back at the Next-Generation Biophotonics Workshop at CEA-Leti, organized to mark the conclusion of the European research project REVEAL.
Our team took part in a full day of high-level scientific presentations and fruitful exchanges on how optical and biological techniques are advancing healthcare, biotechnology, and life sciences. In part about Imaging Techniques, our team member, Wojciech Krauze, gave a presentation about quantitative phase imaging applied to cellular biology.
The workshop addressed major topics such as:
- Imaging & AI-powered analysis
- Single-cell & 3D-based techniques
- Understanding the cellular origins of disease
- Novel therapeutic approaches
- Industrial applications of biophotonics
