I am a PhD student specialized in quantitative phase imaging and direct laser writing. I work at the interface of digital holographic microscopy, diffraction tomography and two-photon polymerization to create phantoms relevant to biomedical imaging. I design and fabricate test structures that closely resemble real biological specimens, such as single cells, cell cultures or clusters, as well as three-dimensional, highly scattering microstructures, for testing and validation of various measurement systems and techniques.
