Biography
I am a biomedical engineer specializing in quantitative phase imaging (QPI), with a particular focus on digital holographic microscopy and holographic tomography. I received my BSc and MSc degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, and in 2023 I obtained my PhD with distinction at the Faculty of Mechatronics. My doctoral thesis, titled "Holographic Quantitative Phase Imaging with Multimodal Support for Biomedical Applications at the Cellular Level", focused on the development of measurement methodologies for biological experiments using holographic tomography and multimodal QPI approaches.
My research focuses on the design and optimization of measurement methodologies for holographic imaging systems in biomedical applications. I have extensive experience in conducting biological experiments using optical diffraction tomography (ODT) systems, and I work closely with biologists and medical doctors to introduce QPI techniques into biomedical research and explore new applications for label-free imaging methods.
Outside of research, I also enjoy developing my handbalancing and handstand skills.
