Biography

I am a PhD student at the end of his journey, currently living in Warsaw and working as an AI DevOps and ML Engineer. I graduated from this faculty with a Master’s degree in Photonics Engineering in May 2021. My thesis topic was “Application of convolutional neural network for phase unwrapping”, which was continued at the beginning of my PhD studies. During my day-to-day work I spend time developing AI and ML solutions, AI DevOps work and writing scientific papers, for my current PhD thesis: “QPI of live biological cells with Convolutional Neural Networks”. At this moment I am working with tomographic solutions with low projection counts: synthesizing new projections to improve reconstruction quality at a fraction of acquisition time, and projection demultiplexing in Single-Shot Holographic Tomography. Personally, I enjoy long walks on the beach, dogs, volleyball, food and high-quality hair products. Recently I have started a collection of rare combs.
