Biography
I am post-doc at WUT working at the interface of digital holographic microscopy, diffraction tomography and microfabrication via two-photon polymerization. I design and fabricate microphantoms for biomedical imaging with engineered optical properties (e.g. 3D refractive index distribution, absorption, scattering or fluorescence), that also closely resemble cells, tissues, organoids or even entire organisms. The main application area is validation and metrology of 2D/3D imaging systems.
